The MindXpace programme is specifically designed with our delegates in our heart, because we strongly believe that this would impact our delegates to have a change of mindset on anything that is currently not serving them, posing as a barrier towards social inclusion, empowerment and progression. Mindset Transformation Program


A 2-day bespoke program that will elevate individuals from the position of defeat and transition them into a state of empowerment to pursue their life purpose. It carries with it the power and potential to make delegates achieve success in diverse areas of their lives, by helping them unlock potentials, identify limiting beliefs, cultivate growth mindset and embrace transformative experience.

Career Growth Program (CGP)

This is for organisations that want to enrol their junior staff, managers and senior leaders on our career growth programme where candidates will be coached on how to effectively plan how to progress in their role, which will be a win-win situation for the organisation because the candidate has been coached to identify their values to be deployed in such a way that they become more valuable and ultimately create a space for them to be achieve their career/ professional goals.


This can be delivered as either a 1-2-1 career coaching or group career coaching, dependent on our client's preference and suitable of the programme to their candidates.
